Your dog's ears may need a good clean and you're not confident to clean your dog's ears yourself? We can assist you. We use specialised dog ear cleaning solution to your dog's ears and wipe the ears clean.
***Please note infected ears will need to be dealt with by a vet clinic.
EPIOTIC antimicrobial ear cleanser contains actives which deal with a number of problems associated with ears as well as being an ideal ear maintenance product.

Features:
- Aids in the treatment of otitis externa - EPIOTIC is a valuable therapeutic option. It has an ideal pH~2.5, creating a hostile environment for bacteria and yeast.
- Broad spectrum antimicrobial activity - EPIOTIC contains 4 broad-spectrum antimicrobials, treating and protecting against a broad range of infections. The actives are anti-bacterial, keratin modifying, cerumenolytic, anti-pruritic and moisturising. It has proven in vitro and in vivo efficacy against the major ear pathogens including Staphylococcus intermedius, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus spp and Malassezia pachydermatis.
- Useful cleaning and preventative agent - Removes cerumen, pus and debris from the ear canal and has a drying agent to remove excess moisture (contains docusate sodium and lactic acid). Helps leave the ears in optimum condition.
- Superior coverage and adhesion - Contains a filming agent.

WATER:
To service your dog the trailer needs to hook up to a mains water tap in your front yard. Have a spout already fitted on your water tap. No bore water will be acceptable to use.
POWER:
The trailer needs to hook up to your mains 10-amp power point. No power boards. If a large appliance such as a fridge or tumble dryer is plugged in to the same outlet they will need to be switched off for the duration of your appointment. Clear unobstructed access is required to a power point to the front of your home or in your garage. We do not enter client's home.
SPACE:
The tow car and trailer require 8m of flat, level ground in a safe and legal place that is easily accessible. Please be aware we do not service homes with battle axe driveways, business locations, homes situated in hill areas, units or flats.
COLLAR and LEAD:
Have a collar on your dog and a lead ready to clip on and walk your dog out to the trailer. We do not service dangerous dogs or dogs that bite. Fail to disclose such behavior endangers the dog groomer. The service will be immediately terminated, and no refund given.
PAYMENT:
Payment is cash or credit card at the start of the service. Please ensure you have payment on you prior to our arrival. Be aware any issues causing extra time to be spent on your dog's appointment attract additional fees.
