Q - What days and times do you operate?

A - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.


Q -What areas do you operate in?

A - In Perth's South-East suburbs in Byford and surrounding suburbs. Have a look at the areas of operation page. 


Q - Do you do anal glands?

A - No.


Q - Do you clip nails?

A - Yes, if the dog is well behaved.


Q - Do you do brush outs?

A - Yes, if a dog is not matted. Furtastic believes in "humanity before vanity". Brushing out matting is painful and tough on the dog and groomer. If your dog is matted it will need to be shaved.


Q - Do you clean dogs teeth?

A - No, a scale and clean can only be done properly and humanely at a vet clinic.


Q - Do you do clipping?

A - Yes, Furtastic offers small dog summer shave offs. 


Q - Do you rinse in clean/fresh water?

A - Yes, the bath is a dual tank so all dogs are rinsed in clean/fresh water.


Q - Is your bath heated?

A - Yes, the bath has a heater so I use warm water.


Q - How do I pay?

A - Payment is cash or credit card at the time of the service being given.


Q - Can I change/cancel my booking?

A - Yes, but please do so prior to 24 hours of the booking to allow Furtastic to fill the spot. Less than 24 hours notice and you will be charged a re-schedule or cancellation fee.


Q - Can I supply my own shampoo?

A - Yes, however, fees will be the same.
